What Should We Expect from our Leaders in 2026?
A 2026 call to action for Fairfax County: expect capable leadership that tells the truth, delivers tangible results, and pairs inclusion with accountability and wise counsel. Fairfax’s diversity and contrasts demand more than visibility. Residents must also practice better followership—stay engaged, seek facts, hold leaders accountable humanely, and reward honesty.
